Restart pc and re-run the game mine worked after doing this but still, if nothing happens go to documents/rockstar games/savegames and there'll be some files(i'm not sure about yours). Finally i found the solution to fix out of video memory in gta iv just paste this file in gta 4 l ocationif u are having any problem just comment !.
