I'll show you how to fix the problem where gta iv doesn't start on windows 10 if you have eflc then don't forget to delete the asilogtxt and the ec_listtxt file if you have them in your folder !!!. Gta iv is a great game and it would be a shame if people would not be able to play it because of rockstars poor decision to make deals with microsoft. the multiplayer still works, and if you want to play with your friends or the few remaining players who still play gta iv online, you will need to log into xbox and windows marketplace..
